Therefore, you need to know that it requires selecting an injection system that has more temperature control components, generates less self friction heat during the plasticization process, and the actual weight of the product (including water inlet material) cannot be less than 2/3 of the machine injection volume. The clamping force should be greater than 6300t/m2, and there should be an insulation board between its mold and the injection molding machine mold.
